HR Admin Assistant
Qualifications:
1. Human Resource Management Course degree holder or any Business degree.
2. With 1-2 years experience in HR functions
Deliverables and Scope of Work
1. Assist in HR projects, recruitment process, and employee induction program
2. Maintain and organize HR office files and employee 201 files
3. Assist in employee inquiries and employee relations activities in the office
4. Train new investigators in using the electronic registry. Assist in preparing employee documents for government institution partners (SSS, Philhealth, BIR, etc.)
5. Assist in logistics preparation for employee training and HR led activities
6. Input SAP reports from time to time
7. Admin Services for Workday Systems.
8. Create PRs for all related HR Dept. requirements other than HR operations.
9. Coordination with Cluster Procurement Manager and DMT for Purchase Order release to supplier
10. Solicit directly to suppliers for Purchase Request to vendors for quotation less than 5,000 USD
11. Relaying all Purchase Request to Cluster Procurement Manager and DMT for purchases more than 5,000 USD
12. Close payments to all created PRs with active POs
13.Coordination with Internal Staff for payment settlement to suppliers
14. Contracts uploading
15. Knowledge Transfer on service deliverables
16. Perform activities that may be assigned by the HR Head from time to time
17. Vendor Management (Vendor accreditation -managing process and requirements; payments - invoice management; Ensuring approvals - SAP/Newgen; Following up 3PRM; Coordination with regional accounting)
Expectations
1. Completion of assigned tasks related to HR activities based on agreed timelines and agreed quality of outcome
2. Completion of preparation of logistics related to HR activities

Medical Research Assistant
Qualifications:
1. Preferably a Licensed Pharmacist/Pharmacy Graduate or any Medical Course degree holder.
2. 1-2 years experience
3. Willing to travel to any place in Metro Manila and nearby provinces
Deliverables and Scope of Work
1. Collect, assist in preparation, review and tracking of documents for the application process (IRB/ERC).
2. Interface with Investigators during the collection process to support effective delivery of the study and its documents.
3. Train, support and advise Investigators and site staff in study related matters.
4. Train new investigators in using the electronic registry.
5. Ensure correct input are placed in the electronic registry.
6. Support investigators in putting information in the registry - encoding etc.
7. Manage supplies (ISF, eCRF, etc.) at study sites.
8. Location - Metro Manila
